Art is an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable person to deal with. He not only rented me a very serviceable car at a reasonable rate but gave me excellent advice about buying a new car which was why I was renting in the first place. I would unqualifiedly recommend him and his business to anyone needing to rent a car.

A few months ago I ran into some car trouble and had to get towed to the shop. Thankfully it was a Friday so I had a few days to look into car rental places. I sent in a website inquiry and got a call from Art the next morning! He took my information and even let me pick up the rental early (7am) on Monday morning before I had to work. He even offered to give me a ride if I needed it. I don't think you could get better service from a car rental place, Art made it super easy and headache free. I'll definitely use them again if I need another rental!

My car from a SF rental place had to be towed and we were stranded. Art replied immediately to my 7am Sunday email, I picked up my new car that morning and it worked perfectly. Returned the car 3 days later, Art gave me a ride to the airport bus. This is contrast to not even getting a person on the line when our other rental car wouldn't start. Recommend 100%!
